Precautions for winter campingStill, it’s best to take the advice of explorers before setting out.

1. Travel together, never alone.
Ask a few companions to go into the mountain together, so that we can take care of each other. Along the way, we can talk and laugh happily, share interests, get to know each other, and enhance friendship together. It is best to have a guide, so that you can ensure safety, eliminate loneliness, enjoy the beautiful nature and yourself in a good mood.

2. Must have professional equipment
In winter, the soil on the surface of the mountain is frozen, and climbing is difficult, and crampons and ice kettles are necessary. Bring a rope of about ten meters, and you can do whatever you want when you climb the mountain. Helmets should also be worn when two or more people climb at the same time.

3. Sufficient personal gear for easy replacement
Even if the temperature is very low, you will sweat when you are active. Underwear, gloves, socks, shoes, and insoles should be replaced in time to avoid cold injuries. Wet clothes should be dried over a campfire for later use. Be sure to bring a mini thermos so we can drink hot, or at least not cold, water. Windproof sunglasses, headlamps, Swiss army knives and survival whistle must be brought, and compass, thermometer, etc. are not redundant.

4. Take waterproof measures in snow
Whether it is your jacket, pants, or gloves, shoes, be sure to choose waterproof. Because the snow sticking to the surface of the shoes will turn into water under the action of your body temperature. Professional alpine boots are the best. The same is true for gloves, which will often come into contact with snow, and it is easy to cause cold injuries when wet, so you must pay attention.

5. Tent sleeping bags cannot be ignored.
The mere mention of camping in the snow is enough to get you excited and thrilled, how challenging it is. If you spend the night in the snow at minus 20 degrees, you should choose a windproof and warm alpine tent. Ordinary moisture-proof pads are fine, but the sleeping bag must be 1500 grams of down products. In addition, the temperature in the tent will not be above zero, and those who are afraid of cold should prepare nightcaps. Remember, you can’t get into a cold sleeping bag when you feel cold, it will make you feel cold and even shiver. The correct way is to fill your stomach first, and exercise in place for a while until you feel warm. Then he took off his shoes and got into his sleeping bag with all his clothes on. Wait for your body temperature to raise the temperature in the sleeping bag before taking off your coat according to your own situation.

6. Picnic snacks should be easy to carry
Whether it is camping in the mountains or camping in the snow, instant noodles are the best choice. One is light and the other is delicious. Try not to bring bread, because there is too much water, it is cold and frozen, and it is not easy to eat quickly. Biscuits, chocolate, raisins, etc. can vary from person to person. Quick-frozen meat products can also bring some.

7. Must bring a camera to record the beauty
When I go out, I must take pictures. Bring it back. But in the cold snow, electronic products may fail, and purely mechanical photographic equipment may be more advantageous.
