● The bottle or containers states “Not for use on vinyl” like Formula 409 and Turtle Wax/Tar Remover, others like Goo B Gone, Murphy's Oil Soap, Simple Green, DC Plus, Orange 88 Degreaser, Son-of-a-Gun, Bleach/Baking Soda, Harbor Mate, Roll-Off or other harmful cleaners.
● DO NOT use the kerosene, gasoline or acetone, because they may remove the protective marine top coat.
● DO NOT use any silicone or petroleum based products. Or they will extract the plasticizers in the vinyl, leave it hard and brittle, finally they may crack.
The boat captain chair already has bolt holes and the Mounting is pretty standard, the mounting screws are also included in the unit.
You can adjust either to have a low backrest or high backrest by controlling the Flip-up bolster.
